KeenSight Analytics

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 11, 2026

KeenSight Analytics LLC (“KeenSight,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates keensightanalytics.com. This policy explains how we process information when you use our website, submit a form, request a consultation, subscribe to email updates, or use a third-party scheduling link.

Information you provide

Depending on the form or request, we may receive:

  • name and business contact information;
  • company, role, project timing, and other business context;
  • the message or information you choose to submit;
  • newsletter or optional marketing-email preferences; and
  • source-page and campaign attribution associated with the submission.

Form processing and storage

Website forms are processed by a KeenSight Cloudflare Worker. Valid submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1 before notification email is attempted so an email-delivery problem does not cause the inquiry to be lost. Operational and consent-confirmation emails are sent through the Gmail API using a KeenSight Google Workspace mailbox. We use Cloudflare Turnstile, rate limiting, a honeypot field, idempotency controls, and privacy-preserving abuse identifiers to reduce automated abuse and duplicate submissions.

We intentionally do not persist the visitor’s raw IP address in our form-submission tables. The forms service may receive technical request data at processing time, and Cloudflare may process network and security information as part of providing its infrastructure and security services.

Marketing email consent

Marketing email is optional unless you are using a form whose purpose is specifically to subscribe to email updates. Marketing consent is maintained separately from ordinary inquiry processing. Where double opt-in is used, a subscription remains pending until the confirmation link is completed. We maintain consent events and version information so we can identify when, where, and under which consent text an email subscription was requested or confirmed.

You may unsubscribe using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in marketing messages. Operational messages needed to respond to a request are separate from marketing email.

Analytics and tracking preferences

When enabled, we use Cloudflare Zaraz Consent Management to present and store tracking preferences. Google Analytics 4 may be provided through Zaraz and assigned to an Analytics consent purpose. The website does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, free-text form messages, or form submission IDs to GA4.

Tracking consent and email-marketing consent are separate choices. You can reopen tracking preferences from the “Manage cookie preferences” control in the footer. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.

Consultation scheduling

After a consultation request is accepted, we may provide a link to a Google Calendar Appointment Schedule. The booking page is operated by Google and is outside the KeenSight website. If you choose to use it, Google may process information you provide there under Google’s applicable privacy terms. We record only the fact that a booking link was opened as a non-personal analytics event; we do not infer or claim that a booking was completed unless a future scheduling integration explicitly provides that status.

How we use information

  • respond to inquiries, requests, and consultation submissions;
  • deliver requested resources or operational communications;
  • manage email subscriptions when consent is provided;
  • protect the site and forms from abuse, duplication, and security threats;
  • understand aggregate acquisition and site usage; and
  • comply with applicable legal, accounting, and security obligations.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate the website and related workflows. Current or planned providers include Cloudflare for website infrastructure, Workers, D1, Turnstile, Zaraz, consent management, and security controls; Google Workspace and the Gmail API for operational and consent-related email delivery; Google Analytics for consent-gated analytics; and Google Calendar for optional appointment scheduling. We use other vendors only where needed to provide requested services. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention

We retain form submissions only as long as reasonably necessary for the business purpose for which they were collected, operational follow-up, legal requirements, security, and recordkeeping. Marketing consent records may be retained longer where needed to document consent, withdrawal, or suppression. Retention schedules should be reviewed as the service and applicable legal obligations evolve.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, applicable law may give you rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or information about our processing. You may also withdraw marketing-email consent and change non-essential tracking preferences. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.

Security

We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect submitted information, including HTTPS, server-side validation, bot protection, rate limiting, idempotent writes, restricted service credentials, secret management, and controlled access to stored submissions. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current revision.
