KeenSight Analytics uses essential browser technologies to operate and protect this website. When non-essential analytics are enabled, Cloudflare Zaraz Consent Management records your tracking preferences and controls whether consent-gated tools may run.
Essential technologies
Essential technologies support security, form submission, human verification, preference storage, and other functions required to provide the site. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical signals to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. These controls are not used as marketing-email consent.
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics 4 through Cloudflare Zaraz to understand aggregate site usage and improve our website. GA4 is assigned to the Analytics purpose in our consent configuration. The site does not directly embed Google Analytics scripts; Zaraz controls the analytics tool according to the consent choices available to you.
Our application analytics events are intentionally limited to non-personal event context such as page path, form type, CTA surface, and booking-link destination. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, free-text form messages, or form submission IDs to GA4.
Marketing purpose
A Marketing tracking purpose may be available for advertising or campaign tools if we enable them in the future. A tool assigned to that purpose should not run unless the corresponding consent is granted. Marketing tracking consent is separate from the optional email-marketing checkbox shown on our forms.
Managing your preferences
When Cloudflare Zaraz consent management is enabled, you can reopen the consent controls at any time using the “Manage cookie preferences” control in the site footer. Changing a tracking preference does not subscribe or unsubscribe you from marketing email.
Email consent
Newsletter and optional marketing-email choices are handled through the forms service, not the cookie-consent manager. Email subscriptions use a separate consent record and double-opt-in confirmation process, and marketing messages include an unsubscribe mechanism.

We may update this policy when our website technologies or legal requirements change. The revision date above identifies the current version.
